Passionnée de sport et de bien-être, j’ai découvert la méthode Lagree en 2019 et j’en suis immédiatement tombée sous le charme — séduite autant par ses bienfaits physiques que par l’équilibre mental qu’elle procure.
En parallèle de ma carrière dans l’aviation d’affaires, j’ai choisi d’approfondir cette passion et me suis certifiée en 2024 afin de pouvoir la partager pleinement.
Aujourd’hui, j’ai l’immense plaisir d’accueillir mes clientes au sein de mon studio Lagree, Move & Shape Lagree Method, le premier studio de Microformer sur la Côte.
